Would be great if we could see realtime process information about Jolla service requests (aka Jolla Zendesk) ...

I am waiting - patiently though ;-) - receiving any responses to my two queries asked via care@jolla.com ( 10 days ago @ the time of writing ). It'd be great to see a bit more info on the questions states, priority in queue, assignment & average support processing speed - maybe somehow color-encoded in the jolla-account - not even requiring Zendesk-login. In Zendesk I can only see they're awaiting assignment to a support agent ... that's a bit modest info after 10 days I think .... maybe even a native jolla-app :-) :-) ...
