I'm following these steps but I have an error. I did the pre-requisites so I don't understand. Here is the error:

Exception while loading the component script '://metadata//org.merproject/installscript.qs'. (TypeError: Cannot call method 'substring' of undefined)

I find this resolution of the problem, but it's only for linux I think.
