Potential new customer

Hi there,

I am potientially interested in Sailfish OS for Xperia (Sailfish X version).

I haven't found clear answers that's why I am posting here.

Before taking the decision to purchase and install Sailfish X, I would like to know :

  • what are the current limitations in terms of features not available ? What can't I do today with it ?
  • where can I find a user manual or tutorial of Sailfish (I am coming from iOS world) ?

For exemple, from https://shop.jolla.com/payment/purchase/, it is mentionned:

  • The features that are not officially supported are: Bluetooth, some sensors (e.g. barometer, step counter, NFC, compass), fingerprint, and FM-radio. I thought BT was available. Is there some plan to support most of them in the coming SFOS versions ?

  • Re-installing the native Android OS may not be possible and is not recommended, as you will not get all of the Android functionality back. Is this still true ? I have found https://together.jolla.com/question/182023/how-to-install-back-android-on-xperia/

Thanking you in advance for your kind support !
