Is there someone who could have informations about ? The big question : can we imagine a Sailfish release on fairphone 3 ?

Regarding packaging problems due to the lack of a BIOS-like for ARM platforms, if we suppose that a manufacturer delivers an ARM platform with a "BIOS" ... what is about capabilities to install Sailfish OS as the same way we do for a desktop Linux ?
Is it a sugar dream ?
