For quite some time now (months) I am unable to get a precise location on my Jolla, just the network-based position too inaccurate for navigation, even after hours under open skies.

Referring to previously asked similar questions: CSD check gives it OK. Messwerk app rarely seems to show valid satellite connection, but just for short timespans, while mostly all satellite indicators show -1
