Hey, after another failure of all my general (manually cinfigyred) mail accounts after backup and restore on same OS version (once on 3.0 and now on 3.1) I would like to know if this happened to others, too. I found old mentioning and fiddling with updating passwords and deactivating/activating account. But that did nit work! WAIT!!! One of my accounts was suddenly syncing but all my others I did not get to connect/syncing.

Removed passwords, reentered (correctly!), deactivated/activated, closed mail app, closed settings, re-opened...

Anyone? Jolla?
