Free beer: German translation of "free software" in settings/product info (licence)

In the German version of the licence information given under settings / product information ("Systemeinstellungen / Produktinformationen" in German), there's something that's hopefully a translation error. The first line reads:

Dieses Produkt enthält bestimmte kostenlose bzw. Open-Source-Software.

I can only assume this is meant as the standard reference to "free and open source software"-licences found in many products. The German word "kostenlos", however, means "gratis, without charge" and doesn't at all cover the "free as in freedom" meaning of free software at all.

The most popular translation of "free software" in German is "freie Software".
