Jolla care, what am I doing wrong?

Just a quick question, I sent a simple License request via Zendesk to Jolla Care. I didn't even receive a confimation E-Mail or any other information that my Ticket was created. Now I wonder, will this be read? Is it dead? How do I contact License support if the Zendesk is deprecated? Or is it normal that my request will be ignored? Thanks for sharing your experience.
