Steps: 1. Open the notes app, and create a new note. 2. Delete the new note by long-pressing on its preview and then tapping on "delete". The remorse timer UI says "deleted" and displays an "undo" button. 3. Close the notes app before the remorse timer runs out.

Observed behavior: the "deleted" note reappears when you reopen the app. Expected behavior: the deleted note stays deleted.

I did not try to do the same with other apps.
