Error getting file: -6: Not supported
Hello all,
The problem is I can't copy a file from Jolla to a computer through USB cable. I can copy a file to Jolla, but when I try to copy it from Jolla, I get the error message:
Error getting file: -6: Not supported
I tried this on different OSs and different devices, the result is the same. It is weird, but I still can move this file through Bluetooth or send it via Email, but not through USB cable.
Does anybody encounter with such error, as displayed on the screenshots below? Is it bug with Jolla or I did something wrong? Thank you!
Btw, Windows XP didn't recognize Jolla as a storage device. It detects external camera and that's it. Unfortunately I don't have a screeshots with me from Win XP.
