Here and there you can access options by long tapping an object but there isn't any hint that helps understanding when you can long tap something. It's definitively one of the less intuitive aspect of the UI.

EDIT: Maybe just undelining with dots the tappable object could be a first way to give a hit to the user. Any better idea is welcome
