[BUG - 1.0.4.20] Settings app crash

Since the update to 1.0.4.20 I get regular crashes at my university with cellular network and wifi enabled. When I wake the phone after some time the wifi and cellular connection are disconnected. I then open settings app to disable and re-enable wifi so it connects to eduroam again. This is the moment when the turn off button hangs in ambiance color and the settings app crashes. After restarting settings app network is still crashed, when trying to fix by enabling and disabling airplane mode nothing happens. Only reboot fixes the situation.
