email: Add option to sound alert for every newly received email

Currently, the Jolla email app will alert when the first new email is received, but will not alert for subsequent new emails - either this is by design, or it's because the device stops checking the server after the first email (I'm assuming it's the former and not the latter).

If the Jolla owner is out of earshot when the first email arrives the Jolla will never notify the owner about the arrival of any subsequent emails - yes the LED may be pulsing as a result of the first new email, but what good is that if the phone is turned over or in a jacket pocket?

In Android - I don't know about iOS - there is an account-specific option to "Notify for every message" ("Play sound/vibrate when each new message arrives"). My guess is that there are actually some people that don't want to know about every new email, so making this an option is likely the best solution.

Adding this option to the Jolla email app is absolutely essential for anyone that needs or wants to be notified of each and every new email. Obviously if a bunch of new emails are received simultaneously together then there should be only a single alert, but if new emails are received at discrete time intervals then there should be an alert for each and every new email.

This option would also mean that email is treated the same as SMS or IM, as I really don't understand why email is considered less important (or more intrusive?) than these other forms of communication - a new message (whether it be email, SMS, IM or even a phone call) is a new message and the recipient should be notified of its arrival. I doubt users would be happy if they were notified for the first SMS, IM or phone call but never notified for subsequent messages or phone calls, so why do exactly this for email? The decision not to alert for all new emails totally baffles me, and has done since Harmattan on the N9.

Please finally fix this in Sailfish! :)

PS. Nice to see you made it to Jolla, Soumya!
