There is already a feature request to make the data counter persistent: https://together.jolla.com/question/43231/feature-request-persistent-data-counter/
Once we have persistent data counters, it would help a lot if we could define the monthly limit (usually defined by your contract) and warning thresholds, e.g. 50%, 80%, 90%. As soon as such a threshold is reached, a notification should warn the user.
