On a paired Win7 PC I select several pictures or music files, right click and select "Send To" option in order to send the files to the phone. The Windows Bluetooth transfer dialog shows that the first file transfer has completed and goes into a "pending" state trying to transmit the next file. This fails with a "request can not be honoured" message.
Looking at the phone, the first file transfer is still in progress. The phone's progress bar indication is only at around 30% when the PC reports that it is complete.
I presume that since the underlying transfer of a given file is still in progress any consecutive ones fail after a timout period; resulting in the "Request can not be honoured" message.
