After update 1.0.8.19 I have been having a lot of troubles to be accessed via phone. Jolla looks to be fine in Elisa (operator) 4G network but anyone can't access me by calling. "User is unreachable...."

Stange is that 4G data, mails etc works fine. Jolla show that phone has almost full 4G network status. You have zero change to even quess that you are not available via phone!
