It would be handy to have per-alarm configuration in the clock application and be able to choose (at least) different sound and different volume for each alarm. These additional options could be added to the "New alarm" / "Edit alarm" user interface.

This would be ideal for e.g.

• manually configuring a pre-alarm
• differentiating weekend alarm from workday alarm
• differentiating partner-must-get-up alarm from I-must-get-up alarm
• etc.

Sidenote: Of course, additional options would also be handy, but that's another request.
