My device has the following problem. I was on 1.0.8.19 and wanted to update to 1.0.8.21, when I recognized that on the product information page in the settings app the version of SailfishOS is "unknown version". On the update page there is no number after the word "version". When I check for updates, it always tells me my system is up-to-date.

So, I tried to update via terminal as told in this answer to a similar problem.

The output of the command ssu re 1.0.8.21 was Changing release from 1.0.8.19 to 1.0.8.21. Now, after the update via terminal the same command says Changing release from 1.0.8.21 to 1.0.8.21. Thus, I guess my system is actually up-to-date now, isn't it?

But on the system information and the update page in the settings app the version is still unknown. I guess I will run in the same problem when the next update is released.
