Touch screen acting weird
Hi, I am from India and i received the VIP Box along with the purchase. The phones touch started acting weirdly after 12 days of purchase of the phone. It calls automatically if i open the call log. If i open a message for typing, it types or deletes letters automatically., and if i open a music player, it fast forwards and rewinds music automatically. I am totally unable to operate the phone now. I tried reset 2 times, but phone is behaving the same.
Does anybody has similar issues? Jolla refused for a refund or replacement. I am just stuck with a dead phone in my hand. I heard that there are not even a single service centres for Jolla in India. Any help guys...
