Updating a brand new phone from 1.0.4.20
I had the issue, that connections to the jolla store failed after setting up my new jolla phone for the first time.
Here are the steps that helped: (with a lot of help from #jollamobile)
- Factory reset your phone
- Go through setup but do not connect to a jolla account or any accounts at all
- Connect to your wifi
- Add a valid jolla account
- Go to Settings -> System -> About and check for updates
- Download & install
