When you using any application incoming call minimizes it and coming in front. I think in this case it should some kind of pop-up notification that you have incoming call.

When you using any application incoming call minimizes it and coming in front. I think in this case it should be some kind of pop-up notification that you have incoming call.
EDIT: Make the callUI (not the dialer only the call itself) an overlay, so when it gets swiped away (minimized) the previous app will still be full-screen.
