How can the native browser user choose between alternate stylesheets and 'no style' when displaying HTML content?

If I would be able to select 'no style' then I would be able to browse my gmail and delete messages. Right now the mail page is unzoomable and top right action icons overlap or are not visible at all (portrait or landscape orientation). I think there may be more examples how turning styles off would help, but that one is the most recent to thwart my efforts.

Here is an example of an alternate stylesheet I would test locally if I could save the file from the native browser. (I have yet to check via the terminal where I could put the file so the native browser would check and access it if the feature would be exposed somewhere in the settings or running browser GUIs.)
