WLANs with captive portals are (almost unusable

I have reproduced this with two networks, ekami-julkinen which is network of my school and onnibus.com which is network of Onnibus bus.

With both I either enter username and password or click that I agree the terms and conditions of using that network and I am successfully connected. And this is where the issue comes in; The web browser starts jumping very often and says "loading" forever. I can swipe down to close it or put it to cover and it will jump soon again.

This annoys me too much so I cannot use my Jolla with any WLAN network like that which means that at onnibus I am using data which can cut in some points and at school depending on how middle of the building I am I have no data connectivity at all as the signal is poor there. I know that this is releated to captive portals as I don't see this issue with networks that don't have captive portal.

I think this is caused by this idea being done with some bug and this idea seems like possible solution and with especially school network I hope this gets done.
