Just to check and verify - Is the 1.1.2.16 Yliaavanlampi Update 11 officially released by Jolla?

From SF system update the update 11 is ready for download at least for me.

When I look the release notes for early access it has been edited from the headline, but not from content point of view.

I am wondering should I download and install the available Update 11/SF OS 1.1.2.16, even there are many posts in TJC about the discovered problem/suggestions for improvements. Especially the native browser has had some reported issues.

I also checked that I am not early access subscriber i.e. the Update download is not driven by the route
