Sidenote: For those who think they'll get a permanent statusbar, peeking will be needed nevertheless as the statusbar disappears when scrolling a list, in fullscreen apps or apps that need the screen size for any other reason.

So places like browser and phone (scroll history) will still force you to peek. So where is the point in having it then?
