[feature-request] Permission for apps to autostart from boot and run on background
Some application are useful if they run from boot.
- Give permissions to apps such that they run from boot, and also user has a privilege to disable them from boot.
- Similarly allow user to choose which apps to run on background.It helps in battery conservation and unnecessary triggering of notifications .
