How to recreate:

1. Connect to WLAN
2. lock the screen
3. Walk out of the range of your AP (eg go outside or a room that is not covered by your wifi)
4. unlock device
5. Try to move the lock screen (move up to get to the home screen)

What happens:

You are not able to move to the home screen until connman gave up to connect to the wifi

What should happen:

Connman should handle the connection in the background and let you access the homescreen (it might be the wifi icon that is hanging)
