It would be awesome if I could connect my Jolla and Jolla Tablet to my desktop / laptop computer which are running KDE desktop. There is already application for connectin mobile devices to KDE-destop and it is called KDEConnect (https://community.kde.org/KDEConnect) and there is client for android so why not for sailfish too? As KDEConnect is KDE application it is implemented using QT5, QML and maybe c++. So I think that it could not be too hard to port for sailfish if there would be right person doing it.

So is anybody heard anyting about this? There is old thread about this in jollausers.com forum (http://forum.jollausers.com/sailfish-applications/kde-connect/)

This is a duplicate of https://together.jolla.com/question/24551/request-native-jolla-app-for-kde-connect/.

Short Answer: Unfortunately the KDE Connect Client for Android is a plain Android app, not based on Qt5. You can run it anyway via Aliendalvik. A native Sailfish App has to be a complete re-implementation.
