Bug: Calls via Bluetooth are cancelled frequently

Today, I was not able to make a call via Bluetooth in the car (Volvo V70 Mk3). The phone is connected, I can select the number from the caller list and the phone starts to dial. Shortly after dialing-up, the call will be cancelled immediately. Sometimes, I can hear a short ring tone before the phone hangs up. I've experienced this first a few weeks ago. I'm always on latest SW (no early access). I never had this problem before. There was no update of the Bluetooth SW in the car. Anyone else having this problem?
