[Enhancement] Better interaction and haptic feedback for pulley menu when accepting/rejecting a call&alarm
When the phone rings, to answer or decline a call one has to use the pulley menu top/bottom. But as the phone vibrates for the incoming call haptic feedback from pulley actions is barely noticeable. As "answer" is the only "top" option it is OK, but for rejecting we have 3 options at the "bottom" and it is really hard to feel and easily select the desired one. In general exactly pinpointing the relevant entry in pulley is not so easy without looking. Alarm is also an example.
And for picking up the phone, just swiping to top should be enough as long as there is one choice there, at this moment we need to exactly choose answer for picking up, in a hurry I already missed calls because of this.
BonoNL ( 2014-01-05 10:34:08 +0200 )edit@BonoNL Totally agree. Answering shall be just a "swipe down". Also when "silence by turning phone screen down" is implemented that will make this option redundant in pull up menu. I would suggest removing it and "reject with SMS" as well, leaving simple and elegant "swipe up" to reject!

Tanghus ( 2014-01-06 07:35:31 +0200 )editSwipe up/down to reject/accept must replace pinpointing pulley entries. I just experienced that with Alarm. It is hard to exactly select the entry when you are half asleep in bed. And as there are only 2 options on each side of the pulley such solution is straight forward.
