Bottom microphone get sound from bottom edge of the phone

Hello,

I have a quite annoying problem and I didn't find any similar post :-/ When I receive phone call, people cannot hear me. The bottom microphone seems to work but only when I talk to the bottom edge part of the phone.

I tested using the CSD tool and, apparently, when I test the bottom one, it is the top one that is used. I already tried to check Pulse Audio configuration but apparently it is exactly the same as my friend who do not have this problem.

I was waiting to do all the updates before posting. Unfortunately I didn't really took care when it begun, but I do remember when I acquired the phone it was working. I wonder if there is a way to check if it is a software or hardware problem, I am fine opening the phone but would like to be sure before 0:-)
