Patch compatibility with SFOS 1.1.7.28

As usual before upgrading to any new OS release, I'd like to make sure this will not downgrade my user experience, specially as far as patches are concerned (keeping in mind that OS upgrade is a no-return move). So, may I ask early adopters to check which patches are/aren't working with 1.1.7.28?
