Save used E-Mail adresses

Could you please take the time to re-phrase your question so we get an idea of what you're trying to do?

Is there a bug that forces you to enter your own mail address each time you compose a mail? Are you talking about the recipients mail address? Doesn't the mail client use the ones stores in contacts?

Please try to be more specific.

And please try to decide if its a feature request or a bug report. It cannot be both.

Agreed, the OP could try rephrasing it but it seems clear enough to me. The way I understand it, (s)he asks for:

1. Have an option to automatically save any addreeses you send an email to. Most desktop email clients do this: whether you type the address manually or reply to it, if it is not in your contacts list, the client adds it to some temporary cache and then allows you to reuse the same address the next time, usually through some form of automatic expansion or a drop-down list.
2. Have an option to clear the cache of these automatically stored addresses. I would go one step further and ask for a selective delete, but I agree that "delete all" is more important.

If they're email addresses you often write to, I would just add them to your contacts, but this would be nice to have anyway.

@nthn: there are addresses I write to in bursts and sometimes I don't want to add it to contacts. If I always did that I might end up with 500 contacts or more.
