Volume rocker would only adjust ring volume

Wouldnt adjust TuneIn, Media, Sailwave apps until rebooted then was fine. Worked ok yesterday after 1.1.9.28 update. Any logs of use?

Same thing here, eg: pressing the volume rocker when having a call adjusts the ringtone-level, same in YT player, same in browser. It directly happend after update, nothing was installed afterwards, so that i suggest, it's a bug of 1.1.9.28 Does anyone have a suggestion? The other questions here on tjc dealing with the volume rocker didn't help me yet.
