I have the early release ot 1.9.28 Sailfish OS. The bug appears with native and with Android applications. Native: When I run the terminal and exit from the terminal with Ctrl+D or logout command, the terminal is closed, but the windows stays in the main display. When I click it, it opens a new terminal. Android Navitel: The Navitel app want a exit from the menu of the app (if closed with swipe instead, a warning is shown on the next start of the program). The behevior is the same like the native app terminal - when quit from the menu of the program, the window is staying in the main screan. When clicked - a new launch of the program appears.

Recurrance of the bugs - everytime.

P.S. Closing the same apps with a swipe gesture, don't trigger this bug.

Duplicate of https://together.jolla.com/question/107643/applications-close-automatically-android-apps-doesnt-close-properly-sfos20/ It is not confirmed yet if it is a bug or a feature ;) I also didi a duplicate yesterday because i find the current behaviour awkward: https://together.jolla.com/question/107992/bug-11928-android-apps-stay-on-homescreen-if-closed-via-android-back-button/

according to the release nptes when an app crashes or is closed due to lack of memory, it remains on home to re-open easily. But I think this is a bug that apps closed by their menu or other options stick on the home.
