Cannot upload to harbour [duplicate]

I'm getting error 500 when I try to upload rpm packages. Same error was answered here. Can you check this?

Looks like your rpm requires libraries (libgstreamer, etc) which are not currently allowed for harbour applications, and that is why the upload fails.

But apparently Harbour fails to show the proper error message for that, which would explain what is wrong with your package. I will file a bug about it and we'll try to get it fixed as soon as possible.
