[Bug] [SFOS2] Android notifications customization

Before 1.1.9.28 I was able to set different notification sounds in Telegram for different groups/chats, but after update they all use the Jolla Chat tone. I needed the different notification sounds because I want to hear if there is a personal message to me, instead of a group message which is not specifically targeted to me. Please fix this, or send instructions on how to get the previous behavior back.
