Since the latest update I can't correctly adjust my ringer volume any more, it only accepts 20% steps leaving me with choosing 60% which is too silent (can't hear when phone's in my pocket) or 80% which is too loud (sounds scratchy and corrupted). For my ringtone I'd need 70 to 75% to be able to hear it any time without loosing it's correct sounding. So having a fully dynamic slider or at least smaller volume steps than 20% would be very nice.

Wow, that didn't come up when I used the search function so I though noone had complained about it before. Seems like the search here doesn't always work completely perfect as well XD

lol, I know what you mean Jake. I only noticed the duplicates as I'd just been looking at the original and looking for a way to adjust the volume in increments of just 1 step at a time. I've found 2 files and am now attempting to make a patch for use in patchmanager. Haven't found the file for the main volume control yet, lol, neither have I made a patch that works,....yet ;)

Hei,

You can change it for, at least, the installed ambiences as devel-su:

nano /usr/share/ambiences/your-ambience/your-ambience.ambience

There you find the value: "ringerVolume" : "80"

Change it to anything.

By the way, should anyone know where the user-created ambiences are, please let me know.

LVPVS over.
