So..i made the upgrade to 2.0 some days ago..maybe one week. And I started to update every piece of application I ahd on my phone...Especially the Android Apps.

Now and then some aplications failed(like WhatsApp - which I can use only in Android version): can't see de SD card, can't download the file shared.. started to take looong time to load. Or like Google Maps, any Maps applications(HERE Maps - offline tool-, Waze etc.). Managed to make them work (maybe they have been updated..don't know. But today... I cannot use any of my applications: not even one... I cannot use the Phone app (the one you use to call people in the phone agenda, or recent contacts appealed), I cannot change the phone Ambience, I cannot access the Backup, Jollla Store gives me messages like "Critical Problem in App Registry", Each time I connect the SD-card in the phone, SIM-card doesn't work.. .everything is a mess...

So I want to know.. does anyone met the same problems ? Can anyone help me?

Thank you all..

I'm facing exactly the same problem starting 3 days ago. I have the same "Critical problem in app registry", even my back up doesn't work. Not to mention all my Android apps' data... I moved all my pics to the SD card and I was down to 6GB, but nothing improved. I was hoping last night that the automatic defragmentation would clean up the mess, but it didn't.

What to do now???

I typed "btrfs-balancer allocation" and it said "Allocated: 100%" despite having 7GB free. I think I found the reason of the problem.

Anyway, it's not acceptable to have a phone stuck while I still have space. We should be get a warning before the phone reaches this situation.

Sounds like your internal storage is a bit too full, try and delete some files to free some space. Information detailed here:

hello r0kk3rz and thanks a lot for the hint. Tried to balance the space on the mobile phone: didn't work - requires for me to empty some space.

Forgotten to mention 2 more things above: 1. Most of the apps perform automatically updates(although I didn't set any app to auto-upgrade) 2. my SD-card is not seen anymore by the OS.. And when I try to insert it, the SIM-card fails to work(this one I mentioned above...)

So Is there any way to make some of the apps to use the SD card when installed in the system, and leave the native store drive of the phone alone?

android not being able to see the SD Card is a bug in the latest release unfortunately, info here

Better utilization of the SD Card is on the roadmap, as at the moment it does leave a bit to be desired.

again you helped me a lot.. thanks a lot. Could I ask you for help related to btrfs balancing when there is no space on phone and need to "lend" some free space on the SD-card?

Did you try rebooting the device? You didn't mentioned it so I have to ask ^^ I had critical app registry error, after rebooting no more notification. I would insert the sd-card before shutting down the phone and tgen restart with inserted card

hi drummer12... I did restart the device several times by now... it is as r0kk3rz said - have to make a defrag using btrfs-balancer..
