[1.1.9.28] CardDAV with owncloud - duplicate fields in some entries

I'm running my own CardDAV server based on SabreDAV (so does ownCloud).

And I'm experiencing the same : all fields are duplicated. This doesn't appear on a contact card. It appears when you edit a card.

For all my contacts, I now have 2 (same) telephone numbers instead of 1 (or 4 instead of 2), 2 adresses, etc... It just makes editing a contact a bit more difficult :/

(Hopefully, it doesn't have an impact on the cards on the server side)

can confirm the same behaviour with OwnCloud 8.1

Duplicating fields are often a result of one of the multiple clients locally naming their fields differently, which easily leads them to be uploaded again. I have seen this happen in corporate Exchange environment very often with users having phones and tablets from different vendors (especially with android+ios combination).

I haven't experienced this issue with owncloud (8.1.3 or earlier) at all, but I've been using only Sailfish and CardDAV-sync on Android at the same time.

Note: Edit mode may show local number and remote number, but as long as it does not show in normal mode in card, it should not cause duplicates on server/remote.

@Manatus: I'm only using Sailfish as client (for now), so the duplicating fields are definitely a SFOS issue.

@mdosch, Ah, very bad reading on my part, sorry.

I've got the problem too with OC 8.1.3. Everything was ok until I added street and post number on Sailfish to a contact. It duplicated email and phone number information in Owncloud.

Street address and post number didn't multiply, only email and phone number.
