There are certain apps which provide a "close app" mechanism in the app. E.g. ScreenTapShot or the Android Telegram client. At least some of these apps do not vanish from the home screen when closed from within the app. Instead, the process itself seems to be terminated indeed, but the app`s representation on the home screen remains minimized and transparent, occupying space and being of no use. When tapping on these transparent "zombie" icons, the app is obviously started again. This prob is specific to sfos 1.1.9.28.
