CalDAV can't rediscover calendars

CalDav can import multiple calendars from one source, but it doesn't seem to be able to rediscover them once the account is added, you can only turn individual calendars on/off and have to re-add whole account if you want to rediscover them.
Also, iCal sync would be nice, some servers don't have proper CalDAV support, https://together.jolla.com/question/72168/allow-for-subscribing-to-ical-resources/
This is true, it's a known issue and is on our TODO list, however it's considered low priority at this point in time. If enough people vote for this issue, we will re-evaluate our current prioritisation, but I don't expect that this is something we will have time to implement within the next couple of months.
