Hello TJC,
how many people are in same case like me, who need some special functions or solutions build in apps and are not present on the jolla-store or in any android proposal market?
All the markets are currently poor on application.
People who don't know how to develop him/herself the wished-one, or don't have enough time to develop it, or learn for it.
On the other side, there are for sure other people, developers who have the potential for it or have time for it.
But the question is what kind of app could be done which would be for a lots of people appreciated?
What i want to do with this thread is, to produce a kind of connector between developers and user.
Where users as single-person or a group could submit a need or an idea of an app, where developers could give a look inside and present their realisation.
Has for calling to present apps which fit a bigger amount of people.
That would be then an idea-pot for apps.
A source of inspiration for future concrete needed applications.
I would suggest for those who are interested to proceed as follow:
- put one idea/solution in one answer below.Only One per answer.
- Give a short description for giving the big picture of the need (or wish).
- And a link to the dedicated Thread which contain more precision about it (there would be done the most of the exchange between all users and the devs).
Please note that is not a wish-list to the jolla-developer for improving or add new functions into the os.
That is just dedicated to all user and 3d part developer who want to provide a better and bigger native app park.

I see a lot of people who program their stuff for their own need, and bring it on the market. that is fine. but who heard the unskilled people?
@jollailiga nice link, but are you sure that the developers use this function to find an app which fit to him for developing?

the problem with this search is that there is a lot app request for the sfos. by search request for native app maybe we can have something which more fits.
