[tablet] [1.1.9.28] [bug] Google Plus apk fails to installl

Following Chemist's directions on how to get the play store working (https://together.jolla.com/question/114608/howto-install-gapps-gplay-google-play-kk-on-tablet/) , I fail to install the Google Plus app. Other apps work great (e.g. my whole HumbleBundle collection).
