OS 2.0 Is anyone experiencing a black screen with Jolla store error?
I have been experiencing intermittent black screen with a error notification that the Jolla store is not working. If I try to go into the Jolla store app, I am logged out. With the black screen I get limited operation on my phone. I would have to reboot the phone. Rebooting the phone and getting it to work on the first try is also a hit and miss thing. Sometimes I have to reboot the phone a couple of times to get it back into working order.
I haven't paid attention as to when and why the black screen occurs on my phone. Today it just happened and what I did just before it occurred was: 1) had a media player operating in the background 2) Was using the Jolla together app searching for questions and answers 3) tried to open a link using the web browser
then tried to open a text message from the event menu and then my screen when my phone screen went black like the was hung up. Then the Jolla store error notification popped up. Next thing I automatically do is to power off my phone and restart it to see if it was running normally, if not, I would power it down again and restart it until the phone is running normal again.
