Phone app not starting after update to 2.0.0.10

My phone app does not start after the update, so I cannot make calls or receive them. Also some settings like backup and sailfish update are not opening. Any way to recover?

Looks like info is still showing 1.1.9.30, so the install has somehow failed...

Same issue ! The install seems to worked normally Need to fix it .. What to do with a phone that can't call ? x) By the way you can't answer a call, the phone is vibrating, but there's no phone UI.

Do you have any patches installed, especially for the phone app? Anyway, you can try to complete the upgrade:

From a terminal,

ssu re 2.0.0.10
ssu ur
version --dup

Obviously, take a backup before.

You right, in my case, i just applied the old version of the keypad open by default patch .. Sorry about this .. ! Patch installed succesfully so i didn't realise ..

@malibu1106: yep the patch doesn't seem to work anymore on 2.0.0. I'm preparing a fix :)

open developer mode.. then type these..

pkcon install voicecall-ui-jolla

pkcon install voicecall-ui-jollasettings

there is already a question up for phone app not working.. see other questions ... search for it and then post the bug.. this has a fix already
