[bug] Saimaa: lock screen media controls flashing

In 2.0.0.10, the lock screen media controls are not visible on the glance screen. Sometimes when doubletapping the screen to wake the device up, they instantly appear, disappear a split second later and finally fade in after about a second. This flashing looks clearly unintended.
To reproduce the bug:
- Enable the Sneak Peek;
- Play a song with Media app;
- Go to lock screen, i.e. lock and unlock;
- Wait until the sneak peek will appear;
- Double-tap on sneak peek to wake up the device;
- The clock fade-out animation causes the media controls flash.
Seems this problem relates to clock fade-out animation from Sneak Peek. If you wake up the device from the Sneak Peek the clock fade out and fade in again, the same happens for media controls.
