After scrolling up in event-view via the fast scroll button, the pull-down menu cannot be accessed. A workaround is to scroll a bit down and back to the top again manually.

After 3.0 we no longer have pull down menu in the events view. There's pull down menu in house keeping mode of the events view but the is not affected by the fast scroller. Proposing closing the issue.
