Jolla unable to turn on
Sometimes after I turn off the Jolla phone, I can't turn it on again until I remove and put back again the battery.
I don't know if there is any better solution to that or if developers are aware of this problem.

Really strange. The only situation where I have a hard time turning a Jolla on is while it's charging.
Giacomo Di Giacomo ( 2015-11-05 10:34:24 +0200 )editThanks for your reply! But that's not my case, I have problems with and unplugged Jolla with the battery charged.
SKyd3R ( 2015-11-05 10:42:04 +0200 )editSorry if this is a stupid question, but just to exclude, is the red LED working fine generally and already off when you try to turn your phone on again? How long after having turned it off do you wait to turn it on again?
lakutalo ( 2015-11-05 19:11:24 +0200 )editThere is no stupid question!! The LED isn't red anymore when I try to turn it on again.
Sometimes the phone is off all night long and when I try to turn it on again I have to do the battery "trick".
The last time I have to use that "trick" was in the morning after the Jolla's alarm clock woke me up but when I tried to turn the phone on later it didn't work.
SKyd3R ( 2015-11-05 23:53:54 +0200 )editYou could have a look at

. Maybe you find a clue there.
