Hello,

my phone doesn't charge anymore. I have the latest software running and use the original recharger. Over the last night the load increase from 9% to 37%, then i turned the phone off to test if it charges. but now the load is at 31% and doesn't change.

What is the problem? Could a new battery fix it?

Don't be so picky ;)

nothing to do with being picky. If someone searches using the word "doesn't", then posts like this don't get picked up.

Changed the title and the text to make sure you can find it searching for "doesn't". Also changed "ist" -> "is" so the same mistake would not occur in this case. ;)

If you updated your phone just recently, it might be that tracker-store process is still running and consuming a lot of battery.

If you're familiar with fingerterm (Terminal app), you could try top to find out what's occupying your CPU most. Terminal app appears after having enabled "Developer mode" in Settings app.

Sorry, you said that alright, I didn't read carefully enough. Maybe the battery contacts are loose. Anyway you should contact Jolla care/zendesk.
